Steps to Apply

Complete the Application Form

Access the application form through our website or visit our Admission Office in person.
Fill out all required fields accurately, including personal information, educational background, and preferred course selection. This ensures a complete and timely application proces

Prepare and Submit Supporting Documents

Gather and attach certified copies of the following required documents: Academic Certificates and Transcripts: Show proof of completed education (UCE and UACE or equivalent).

Pay the Application Fee

A non-refundable application fee of UGX 70,000 is required to process your application. Payment instructions, including bank details and mobile money options, are provided on the application form or the admissions page of our website.
Keep the payment receipt as it may be required for verification.

Submit Your Application

Submit the completed application form along with all supporting documents to the Admission Office or upload them via the online application portal if applicable. Double-check to ensure all documents are included to avoid delays.

Attend Interview/Entrance Examination

Some programs may require an interview or entrance exam. If you’re shortlisted, you will receive notification of the date, time, and location for your assessment.
This step allows the admissions committee to assess your motivation, communication skills, and suitability for a career in healthcare.

Await Admission Decision

Once your application has been reviewed, the admissions committee will communicate the decision via email or phone within a specified period.

Confirm Your Enrollment

Upon acceptance, you will receive an offer letter with instructions on how to confirm your enrollment and secure your place in the program. Submit any additional documents required and prepare for orientation.
